Ronasans Holding Istanbul Optimum is a large-scale retail and lifestyle development by one of Turkey s leading real estate and investment holding groups, located in the Atasehir district of Istanbul. Kolsan provided furniture solutions for the communal areas, rest zones and social spaces within the mall, producing table and chair groupings, lounge furniture and waiting area furnishings to a quality standard that reflects the prestige positioning of the Optimum brand. Every piece was produced with the high footfall demands of a major retail environment firmly in mind, ensuring long-term durability alongside visual consistency. This project is the Istanbul chapter of Kolsan s productive collaboration with the Ronasans Holding group.
