Uskudar District Cultural Centre is a community cultural and social facility in the historic Uskudar district on the Asian shore of Istanbul, serving local residents with a space for cultural events, social activities and community gatherings. Kolsan delivered furniture solutions that reflect the warm heritage character of the Ottoman konak architectural tradition and the deep cultural identity of the Uskudar neighbourhood, covering event and meeting areas, social spaces and administrative zones throughout the facility. Every piece was produced with the practical needs of a busy community facility in mind. This project reflects Kolsan s sensitivity and experience in delivering furniture for culturally significant public facilities across Istanbul.
