Dalyan Apart Hotel is a mixed accommodation property in the Kurtkoy district of Istanbul, offering a combination of apart-style units and hotel rooms designed to serve both short-stay and longer-term guests. Kolsan delivered functional, ergonomic and durable furniture solutions that respond equally well to the needs of hotel guests and residential occupants alike. Kitchen and living areas within the apart units, guest rooms and lobby spaces were all addressed as part of a cohesive interior programme. The clean and contemporary furniture language chosen for this project reflects the fast-developing commercial and residential character of the Kurtkoy area.
