Gezi Pastanesi is one of Istanbul s most beloved and long-established patisserie brands, with a presence across multiple locations throughout the city. Kolsan provided bespoke patisserie furniture for this multi-branch project, developing a consistent and elegant furniture language that reflects the warmth and refined identity of the Gezi brand across each venue. Seating groups, display case surrounds, bar stool arrangements and all furnishing elements were carefully designed and produced to balance ergonomic comfort, visual appeal and the durability required for high-footfall retail and dining environments. Kolsan s established capacity for multi-branch serial production and reliable delivery was a key asset in ensuring consistency across all Gezi locations.
