Arel University Dormitory & Hotel is a mixed-use accommodation complex located in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, serving both student residents and hotel guests. Kolsan delivered functional and durable contract furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions that meet the dual requirements of this unique project. From dormitory rooms and hotel guest rooms to shared study areas and social spaces, ergonomic and long-lasting furniture was designed and produced for every zone. Kolsan’s broad production capacity for education and hospitality sector projects was a key factor in the successful completion of this development.
