Bay Döner Restaurant Chain is a multi-branch dining concept operating across Turkey, recognised for its rapid expansion and consistent brand identity. Kolsan developed a standardised yet quality-driven furniture programme for the chain’s restaurant branches, covering dining areas, counter zones and waiting spaces. The challenge of this project lay in producing furniture that could be replicated consistently across multiple locations while maintaining structural integrity and visual coherence with the brand’s identity. Kolsan’s capacity for high-volume serial production and reliable nationwide delivery made this a seamless collaboration from brief to installation.
