GREENPARK HOTEL – PENDİK, located in İstanbul / Türkiye, stands as the heart of Turkey — Istanbul’s storied hospitality sector and has earned a distinguished place in the region’s accommodation landscape. For Kolsan, being part of this project represented an opportunity to prove our manufacturing quality in the İstanbul market and once again demonstrate the competitive strength of the Turkish furniture industry on the international stage.

Executed for this location of GreenPark Hotels, one of Istanbul’s most established hotel chains, we produced high-quality, custom-designed seating and furniture solutions for the hotel’s guest rooms, suite floors, and common areas. Materials selected with Istanbul’s intensive tourism traffic and four-season usage conditions in mind; selected to meet both durability and long-term aesthetic integrity criteria. Every decision — from fabric selection to colour palette, from surface finishes to structural details — was made in full alignment with the hotel’s brand identity.

As a critical component of the FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement process, on-time delivery and quality consistency were kept at the forefront. Delivering a production quality in line with GreenPark’s guest-comfort-first approach was a source of great pride for the Kolsan team. This project once again demonstrated just how strong a position Kolsan holds on the international stage.
