Larus Loft Palas Residence is a luxury residential complex in the green and tranquil Gokturk district of Istanbul, for which Kolsan provided bespoke furniture solutions covering the lobby and shared living areas. Custom lounge seating groups, reception furnishings and carefully curated decorative elements were brought together to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere that fully reflects the upscale positioning of this development. The furniture programme draws on the natural calm of the Gokturk setting, creating interiors that feel simultaneously sophisticated and organically connected to the forested landscape outside. This project represents Kolsan s second contribution to the prestigious Larus Loft residential development in Gokturk, further cementing the brand s presence in this desirable location.
