Pakmaya Houses is a residential project in the Termal district of Kocaeli, developed for the employees and management of the Pakmaya Group, one of Turkey s most established industrial companies. Kolsan delivered comfortable, modern and functional furniture solutions covering the living and dining areas, bedrooms and shared social spaces of the residential units throughout the development. Every piece was produced with the practical daily needs of the residents firmly in mind, ensuring a welcoming and well-considered living environment that serves its community effectively over the long term.
