One of the Turkish-origin Rixos group’s most brilliant properties in the Middle East, this hotel welcomes guests from all corners of the globe each year. For Kolsan, being part of this project meant both sharing in a Turkish brand’s international success and bringing our production quality to one of the world’s most competitive markets.

Within the scope of the project, we produced high-quality, custom-designed seating and furniture solutions for the hotel’s guest rooms, suite floors, and common use areas. Materials selected with consideration for the Gulf climate’s challenging temperature conditions and the hotel’s intensive guest traffic were chosen to meet criteria for both durability and long-term aesthetic integrity. Every decision — from fabric choices and color palettes to surface finishes and structural details — was made in full alignment with Rixos’s premium brand identity.

A critical component of the FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement process, this project kept on-time delivery and quality consistency at the forefront.
