Schlotzkys Restaurant Chain is a multi-branch furniture project for the American-origin fast casual restaurant brand s Turkish franchise network. Kolsan delivered a consistent and quality-driven furniture programme across all branch locations, producing dining area furniture, bar seating and all furnishing elements to a standard that reflects the brand s international identity while meeting the high footfall demands of a busy fast casual restaurant environment. The ability to produce and deliver consistently across multiple locations simultaneously reflects Kolsan s established serial production capability. This project demonstrates Kolsan s experience in delivering furniture programmes for international restaurant brands operating across the Turkish market.
