Kolsan delivered a comprehensive furniture and FF&E programme that meets the Viceroy brand s demanding global quality standards, successfully manufacturing and exporting the full programme to Serbia. Guest rooms, the lobby, restaurant and spa areas were all furnished with natural materials and warm mountain tones running consistently through the programme, creating an atmosphere that feels genuinely rooted in the dramatic alpine landscape. This project is one of the most geographically and scenically distinctive entries in Kolsan s Balkan portfolio.
